Standard consultations are 50 minutes and Clinical Psychology services are GST free. The fee for a consultation is dependent on the type and experience level of the psychologist you are seeing. Please contact us for further information on our fees.

Medicare provides rebates for patients referred by their GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician under the Better Access Initiative. A copy of your Mental Health Care Plan along with your referral letter is required in order to receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session with a Clinical Psychologist, or a rebate of $96.65 per session with a Registered / Registrar Psychologist. Medicare covers 10 sessions each calendar year under the Better Access Initiative.
Private health insurance covers Clinical Psychology and Psychology services. Please check with your insurer to confirm the specific details of your policy.
Consultation fees may be covered in the case of a workers compensation or Motor Vehicle Injury claim. Please consult with your workers compensation insurer or employer for more information.
Payments on the day of your consultation can be made in cash or via eftpos.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, a fee is charged for late cancellations.
